Both. Clients contract directly with Aguzzo B.V., and engagement through agencies, brokers or framework agreements works equally well, including tendered government hiring arrangements.
Aguzzo B.V. is an independent company with multiple clients, its own liability insurance and registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Assignments are structured in line with Dutch independent-contractor legislation (Wet DBA); working under a model agreement is negotiable.
