Aguzzo works across the IT domain: consultancy, interim and project management, and the design, implementation and optimisation of IT solutions. Always with the same principle: analyse sharply, deliver concretely.
Independent advice on strategy, architecture and information management.
Temporary reinforcement at management and programme level.
From solution to working practice, embedded in the organisation.
Almost every Dutch government organisation runs on Microsoft, and almost every organisation wrestles with how much dependency is acceptable. Aguzzo helps answer that question sharply. Guiding principle: autonomy first: Microsoft where possible, alternatives where necessary. No dogmas, but substantiated choices per workload, data type and risk.
Which data and workloads belong in the public cloud, which require a sovereign alternative, and how do you retain the ability to leave? Aguzzo maps dependencies and designs a realistic, phased path to autonomy: from data residency and encryption to exit scenarios that are genuinely executable.
Solid design and implementation along the Cloud Adoption Framework: landing zones, identity, modern workplace and integration with the existing landscape. Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert, with the perspective of an architect who knows exactly where the platform’s limits are.
Security architecture based on Zero Trust principles, translated to the Dutch government security baseline (BIO): identity as the foundation, conditional access, segmentation and demonstrable compliance. Pragmatically prioritised: the measures that genuinely reduce risk come first.
Grip on the Microsoft landscape as a whole: licences, vendors, data residency and the rules of the game for new services. Aguzzo designs governance and operating models that keep the organisation itself in the driving seat, even when the technology belongs to someone else.
A sharp picture of your digital dependencies in four weeks: which data resides where, which risks are real, and which steps increase your autonomy without closing the shop. The result: a board-ready roadmap with concrete, prioritised measures.
First understand the situation: what is really going on, and what is the question behind the question?
Options on the table, consequences clear. Decisions are made on solid grounds, not postponed.
Concrete results, embedded in the organisation. Done really means done.

Situation: a province wants grip on its digital dependencies and an organisation-wide course towards digital autonomy.
Approach: Aguzzo drew up the architecture framework and reference architecture: principles, a shared vocabulary and solution architectures for six domains, from identity to platform services, including transition and portability guidelines with an exit strategy, aligned with Dutch government reference architectures.
Result: a coherent, transferable set of documents from architecture framework to executive decision-making, forming the basis for pilots and scale-up to production-grade solutions.
Situation: an executive agency in the justice sector needs privileged access to a highly secured environment, demonstrably compliant with the government security baseline.
Approach: Aguzzo designed the Privileged Access Management architecture, conducted some sixty persona interviews and built a security matrix along Zero Trust layers, with a gap analysis per administrative role.
Result: widely supported risk profiles and concrete advice on MFA, just-in-time access and break-glass scenarios, and with that a solid foundation for the tender that followed.
Situation: a mid-sized municipality lacks steering, ownership and control around Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.
Approach: Aguzzo conducted stakeholder interviews and a benchmark against comparable municipalities, and developed an integrated governance and operating model: roles, competencies, capacity, support model and security and compliance frameworks.
Result: a widely supported advisory report with a phased path to implementation, including a clear make, buy or teach strategy.
Situation: hospitals and care institutions run an ageing workplace and mail landscape that needs renewal, without care delivery noticing a thing.
Approach: Aguzzo designed the workplace and application architecture and directed a large-scale Exchange migration with hybrid integration to Microsoft 365, with an explicit test and acceptance strategy involving key users.
Result: a controlled transition with substantiated go/no-go decision-making per phase, captured in transferable designs.
